We produce differently type and shape adhesive labels, stickers, tags, price tags, wobblers and pennants into various printing technologies: digital printing, silk screening and flexography. Prices depend on order volume, material, print technology, so ask our project managers for the price.

Roll Label and Sticker Printing
In the production of roll labels and stickers, two distinct technologies are most commonly used: traditional flexography and digital roll printing. Both methods offer a wide selection of substrates, such as paper, self-adhesive film, and metallized foil. The stickers are delivered on rolls, already die-cut to the desired shape, making them convenient for both machine application (using label applicators) and manual application. The minimum order quantity (MOQ) typically starts at 1,000 pieces.
Key differences between flexography and digital printing:

Traditional Flexography: This is a rotary relief printing process that uses relief plates (printing plates) to transfer ink onto the substrate. This technology can print using both Pantone colors (spot colors) and the CMYK color model. Flexography is best suited for large print runs. The total price depends on many factors, but the rule is simple: the larger the print run, the significantly lower the unit cost.

Digital Roll Printing: This printing method does not require printing plates, which significantly reduces prepress time and setup costs. Printing is done in the CMYK color model, often with the option to add white ink. Digital printing is an excellent and cost-effective choice for short to medium print runs, limited editions, or promotional (merch) activities that require frequently changing designs.

I find that the customer service at Digitala Pele is exceptional. They are quick to answer any questions, provide a quote or update on existing orders. They will work with you to ensure you get the product that you are requiring in a timely fashion. I have ordered a variety of souvenirs. Items such as mugs, flasks, water bottles, and Bluetooth speakers. I have had no issues with the design layout or quality of product. They were produced and delivered in a quick professional manor. As well I have ordered a selection of their printed clothing. On one of my orders there was a slight flaw with the logo transfer. When it was noticed they were quick retrieve the flawed product and replace. They also keep you informed if there is a delay in production for any reason. I gladly continue my business transactions with this company and highly recommend their services.
