KOMATEX is a lightweight closed-cell, free foam, rigid PVC sheet. It is homogeneously colored with a matte finish that is tough and versatile enough for many of today's applications. KOMATEX is available in 12 standard vibrant colors, plus black and white, and a variety of thicknesses and sizes to fit most uses.
Foam Board is two sheets of coated paper and polystyrene ( styrofoam) sandwiched between them. It is useful for signs and other construction projects where a lightweight rigid surface is desired.
Our foam board comes in many sizes and thicknesses and with an adhesive applied on it.
Combined Cardboard advertising signs are perfect for every business or store. Lightweight, suitable for hanging on the ceiling and 100% recyclable. It comes in many thickness natural or white color. All samples you can see in our office. Used only in indoors.
Acrylic signs are excellent choices for a simple yet beautiful look for any office, business, or professional setting. They are 100% customizable and one of the best ways to showcase your logo or brand. Acrylic signs are made from a cast polymer that is colorless, transparent and durable.
Aluminum composite panels consist of two aluminum layers with a flexible polymer base made of polyethylene in the middle. Most commonly used signage, stands, light boxes for very long-term use. Digital printing aluminum composite panels are useful for digital UV flat printing.
Polyester Backlit Film Gloss & Satin is for use in illumianted signs and display units - lightboxes, trade show and exhibition graphics and signages, displays. Compatible with all the popular solvent and UV curable inkjet printers. It is also easy to install because of the very good rigidity and shiny ultra smooth surface.
Light Boxes Production
We usually make light-boxes and lettering from aluminum or komatex. The front panel is made from white translucent glass or polycarbonate, which is covered with Backlite film (light diffusing, printable, and is available in various colors).
Can be lit with LED or fluorescent bulbs, in both warm and cool tones. The depth of the light-box can be from 8-14cm, and there is no limit to the length, width, or shape, so that you can create a wide variety of back lit projects.

I find that the customer service at Digitala Pele is exceptional. They are quick to answer any questions, provide a quote or update on existing orders. They will work with you to ensure you get the product that you are requiring in a timely fashion. I have ordered a variety of souvenirs. Items such as mugs, flasks, water bottles, and Bluetooth speakers. I have had no issues with the design layout or quality of product. They were produced and delivered in a quick professional manor. As well I have ordered a selection of their printed clothing. On one of my orders there was a slight flaw with the logo transfer. When it was noticed they were quick retrieve the flawed product and replace. They also keep you informed if there is a delay in production for any reason. I gladly continue my business transactions with this company and highly recommend their services.
